Fabulous - I used 1/2 c. yoghurt and no parsley and it was still outstanding. Will definitely make again soon.

i just made this, and i will never buy hummus again! it is delicious, and healthier and way cheaper than store-bought. with this much garlic, who misses a little tahini? mmm.

This recipe is good for a lighter hummus. The yogurt taste is a little strong so I added some cumin and a bit of cayenne pepper to cover it up.

Excellent! Even if you're used to the classic hummus with Tahini, you don't miss the Tahini--you certainly don't miss the calories. The yoghurt adds a nice tang and the recipe is slam bang easy to make and delicious. A keeper!

Thank you! I was so happy to find a recipe for hummus with out tahini (or peanut butter, which I'm told can be used as a substitute for tahini). As soon as I read your recipe I rushed to make it. I really liked it, it's great. The amount of garlic really does need to be adjusted for personal preference, but that's all I changed. Thanks again!

Great healhty version! I added a bit of peanut butter just to get the nutty taste but either way it was so yummy!!!

This was great! I didn't know you could make it without tahini, but I didn't miss it at all, and I couldn't get my 2 year old to stay out of it!

delicious!!! this recipe is a keeper! i had to use a little more yogurt than called for & only used 1 clove of garlic. i couldn't tell the difference~ that it wasn't made with tahini. of course i haven't had hummus in almost 3 years, i still haven't found any in germany. thank you, it was wonderful!

I love this. This tastes just like the other recipes that call for much more olive oil, but this one is much more healthier. Thanks for posting this recipe! This will become one of my staples.

Really, really good. Even my chef friend who hates hummus ate lots. I added in a couple tbsp. of tahini but that's not a critique of the recipe, just a personal preference. My kids loved it--tried it because others had said it was so good for kids. Thanks
