I marinated the chicken breasts for about 6 hours, and they had a very lovely and fresh taste. They were just a tad dry, only reason I'm not giving 5 stars. Next time I'll try adding one more tbs oil to marinade. Thanks for posting !

Loved this!! After only 3 hours of marination the flavors kicked in nicely. (I used chicken tenders) I split the citrus juice/zest 1/2 lime/lemon since all lime does not agree with my tastebuds. I also added dried arbol chilies to make it hot!! Once I took them off the grill, I could not stop eating them!! Thank you for the recipe a repeat for sure!!

This is a very good chicken recipe!! We grilled the chicken after marinating for 2 hours and it was perfect! Thank you!!!

This chicken was very tasty. Instead of grilling the chicken I cooked it stove-top in olive oil. My husband suggested more jalapeno. Next time I will marinate longer.

Easy, fast & delicious! I only had about 1 hour to marinate this but the flavors were all there!! I sauteed these in my cast iron skillet & they were perfect. Thank you!

The flavor on this dish pleasantly surprised me. I was expecting the heat from the jalapeno to take star in this dish. Instead, it was a lovely complement and partner to the lime and garlic. The flavor had a definite crispness from the lime that we enjoyed with our plaintains and green beans. Only had two hours to marinade the chicken so I added an extra teaspoon of lime, to speed tenderization, and cut the chicken into large pieces, about 1 1/2 inch cubed. Skewered the cubes and cooked them on my George Forman Grill. The meat was wonderfully moist and tender and made great leftovers today. Thanks Paula.

My chicken was not quite thawed when I started the marinade. Two hours at room temperature was just right to complete the thaw and thoroughly flavor the chicken (I did check the temperature of it regularly for health safety reasons). We grilled it about 5 minutes per side, and it was perfectly done and moist. I loved the marinade flavor, and just garnished with a little cilantro. There were no leftovers. Thanks for sharing this, Paula.

3.5 WW Points. This is great! We enjoyed the spicy tart flavor. I cooked them on my George Foreman grill. Worked wonderful. I did cut the recipe in half and marinated for 5 hours. They came out nice and moist. Added some chopped cilantro on top. Yummy! I will be making these again. Thanks PaulaG for another great recipe.
