It is rare that I can buy Tilapia in my small town but it was on sale frozen and I snapped it up. We love Cilantro and it was lovely on the fish. I was liberal with the Cajun seasoning and used fine roasted garlic powder instead of garlic salt. I have more Tilapia in the freezer and just may do this recipe again - Thanks Mollyjoe for a new taste sensation

I really liked the spice. I only disliked how the garlic salt made the fish ridiculously salty. I would either reduce the amount of garlic salt or instead just use garlic powder. I will definitely make this again sometime. I might even use minced garlic instead of garlic salt . I cut the amount of olive oil down to one tablespoon to make the recipe a lot healthier. I not only coated the bottom with olive oil, I also coated the fish before putting on the spices.

OHH this was GREAT!! My daughter made me make it for her again immediately, b/c 2 pieces of fish was not enough, and then said she wanted it again for dinner tomorrow! We loved it!!!! Thanks

Overall a good recipe, I thought it was a little bland on flavor and had to eat it with tartar sauce. Very easy and quick to make.

My youngest was upset we were having fish, but ended up having seconds. Very good. Will definately make again. Thanks Mollyjoy

This was the best fish I've ever made. Thanks. Instead of garlic salt, I rubbed fresh roasted garlic (really soft) all over the fish, then added spices and cilantro. I grilled instead of baking it. Fantastic! Can't wait to make this one for guests.
