The lemon flavour in this dish is really delicious! These got gobbled up by this household, thanks for a tasty potato dish. =)

A very easy recipe to put together. Didn't have lemon juice, so subbed lemon pepper. Loved the brightness that it added to the potatoes. The only thing that didn't work for us was that the garlic scorched in the pan as this dish was baking. In the future, I think that granulated garlic powder would be a better solution. Also, the potatoes really stuck to the bottom of the pan...a good spritz of cooking spray would make all the difference.

One of my favorite creations by this talented food artist. A simple but thorougly enjoyable dish. Ideal for one of those rainy Seattle nights...

These were so tasty! I love the punch from all that wonderful garlic. I only had prechopped garlic, so I guessed and added 20 tsp of minced garlic-I think this worked out well. I gently drizzled just enough oil to coat the potatoes and had no trouble. These were very similar to the potatoes I ate this summer on a trip to Greece. Thanks!

I love lemon and garlic and this filled the bill. I think I used too much olive oil though. Next time I might try what Bergy did and marinate the potatoes and just spray them when cooking instead of drowning them in oil Great recipe though.

Might as well make it 15 reviews. Great!! I used the small red potatoes so the cooking time was less than expected but the flavor was excellent.

These are worth heating the oven even if it's 90 degrees outside. I doubled the herbs and spices and added a touch of thyme. Great with steak,,,and two days later did the same recipe with roast chicken.

I also think I used a bit too much oil, but they still tasted fantastic (will be purchasing a sprayer soon, so am definately trying again soon). Nice lemony flavour with an explosion of fresh herbs. Served with grilled marinated steaks and a big green salad. Delicous, and my guests enjoyed them. Thanks!

These were good--liked the lemon and garlic flavors with the potatoes. Fresh oregano would have been a nice touch, but I only had dry on hand. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
