We also enjoyed this recipe, much better than all the other roasted asparagus recipes. The garlice infused olive oil made the diffence. A "must try", especially when asparagus is on sale and you can afford to experiment with different recipes.

What a delicious recipe! I didn't change a thing and couldn't believe how tasty the asparagus was. DH loved it and said it was definitely five stars (or more)!! The garlic gives this recipe a beautiful flavour. It will definitely be made often in this house. Thanks for posting this Sue!

Very easy and very good. Even my kids tried at least one piece. This is the best way to make asparagus. I made this for my friend who is on a low carb diet. Thanks

This is my first attempt to make asparagus (I have just recently decided I like it!). My husband who is the asparagus lover really enjoyed this. I made it with eebrag's Maple Glazed Salmon. The directions were very easy to follow and it is wasy to put together. I was not sure what to roast the asparagus in so I put it in a teflon coated 9 x 13 cake pan....after about 7 minutes the cheese was very brown so I took it out but the asparagus was still a little crunchy so I had to move it around some and put it back in the oven. Next time I will try a glass dish to see if that works better. I also must comment on the last step telling you to serve at once. This is so true. We had company drop in right after I took these out of the oven, they left after about 7 or 8 minutes and the cheese was hard as a rock....good thing I was not ashamed to go ahead and eat what I had already put on my plate before they stopped!

A wonderfully easy and tasty way to prepare asparagus. I made this for our Christmas dinner, and everyone enjoyed it. Despite the seemingly large amount of garlic, it didn't overwhelm the asparagus at all, instead it complimented it perfectly. Thanks.

Mmm, I would have never thought to add parmesan cheese to asparagus, but this was so tasty! I love how the cheese got brown and crunchy towards the end. Will make this regularly — THANKS!

Very good. My first attempt with olive oil seemed to lack some depth in taste so I replaced the olive oil with butter second time round and (for our tastes) this added richness. Yeah, yeah, I know about the health issue but then again, perhaps I would die just that fraction happier.

This was wonderful. I followed the recipe to the T. Next time I will use less oil. This will become a frequent family favorite. Thanks for submitting the recipe. Gloria
