We loved the unique flavour combination in this recipe! It was a quick & easy side for a weeknight dinner yet special enough to serve at a dinner party. Note to anyone who grows their own asparagus: since there is no consistency to the thickness of the stalks you harvest each day - I recommend adding the thin shoots to the oven about 8 minutes after the fat ones. Thanx for another winner Sue!

So good! The best part is how little preparation it takes - and we already had all of the ingredients in the house.

A great new way for me to cook asparagus!! It was full of flavor. The asparagus turned out perfect- not too soggy or too crunchy.

What a wonderful way to fix asparagus!! It is one of my favorite vegetables & I've been trying different recipes for it since finding Zaar. This is by far one of the best. The infused olive oil, the feta cheese & the lemon blend together so nicely to make this worthy of a special occasion dinner. But it's really not to much trouble to fix on a work night. I was out of red pepper flakes, but otherwise followed the recipe exaclty. I needed to roast the asparagus for 14 minutes to get it to perfect tender/crisp. Thanks, Sue!

WOW! This was to die for! Even my DH who thought he didn't like asparagus LOVED it! Thanks for the keeper!! Will make lots! ***Update: Made this again, but this time DH bought garlic & herb feta...AWESOME!! He still loves asparagus the second time around, thanks to your awesome recipe! I think next time I might add some pine nuts for a little crunch! Yummy!!

A real winner exactly as it is. It was good advice to adjust the cooking time according to the thickness of the asparagus spears.

Great layered flavors! Our asparagus was on the thin side so it only took about 8 mins to roast. This is our new favorite way to have asparagus!

This is so good, we had it tonight with Miss Annie's sausage Pie. This is one of the best recipes for asparagus...just wonderful, nice and lemony with just the perfect combination of flavors, DH and myself are big lovers of feta cheese, so this just fit the bill, just delicious!. Thanks so much Sue L for another winner, I will be definately be making this again....Kitten

This is a wonderful recipe! My boyfriend's mother had 3 servings and she doesn't even like asparagus. I used a loaf pan because I didn't have a larger shallow pan and I baked it twice as long. It turned out perfect. Also I accidentally added the parsley to the infusion but it turned out great. Oh, I also used ground red pepper because I didn't have the red pepper flakes. I give this recipe an A+.

This was absolutely delicious. On the next day, I served the leftovers cold with marinated mushrooms - made a scruptious salad.
