I have been using the same recipe for years when making a fresh strawberry pie. It really brings out the "sparkle" in strawberries. So much better than purchased glaze. Once you try this you'll never go back to store bought. Also it can be made with sugar free gelatin and pudding !

    Just what I have been looking for, I am a cake decorator and have been looking for a strawberry glaze for filling my fresh strawberry tres leches cakes and this is perfect, thanx
