This meatloaf is so moist and full of flavor it blows traditional meatloaf out of the water. After my Mom brought home a couple of packages of ground turkey on special at the store it was my job to find something to to with it, and I'm so glad I found this recipe. I doubled it and added celery in addition to the onion, a shot of worcestershire, and used a mix of honey bbq and honey hickory bbq sauces. I topped it with some honey and a little sauce then left off the bacon. As I said it was very moist and flavorful, everyone enjoyed it and I for one couldn't wait for the sandwiches the leftovers would make the next day. Also it was great to see that there was very little shrinkage in the loaf due to the meat's reduced fat content. Thanks for the great recipe Carol, and thanks to the reviewers for their help in my choice to try this!

very good taste, DH loved it. I used 1 pkg. of onion soup mix, (no onion), 1/4 c. of hickory BBQ sauce in it,and honey on top before baking. add about 1/8 c. of half & half. thank you for the start on a very good meatloaf

I've never made a turkey recipe before so have nothing to compare to but this is EXCELLENT! My 23 yr ols son asked for this out of the blue. I went to recipezaar & glad I did. He loves it & wants the recipe. Leftovers make for great meatloaf sandwiches! Next time will probaly leave off the turkey bacon. It will be made again soon!

Pretty good... definitely not dry. I doubled the recipe, which would serve closer to 10, so I'd think this serves more like 5 people.

We really enjoyed this meatloaf, lots of flavour and nice and moist and best of all it sliced perfectly. I didn't have any bbq sauce so I used part hot salsa and part chili sauce, it worked just fine. I just shaped mine on a foil lined cookie sheet, that way any fat runs off, instead of the loaf sitting in it, and I cooked about 15 minutes longer than suggested. I will definately make this again, it is very good, thanks for posting.

This meatloaf got rave reviews from my family. It was incredibly moist. My family of three finished it off, and they asked me to make a double recipe next time.

This was very good. Very moist. I used a honey mustard bbq sauce which gave it a unique flavor. I also added garlic powder for taste. Easy. Healthy. 5 stars!

The most amazing meatloaf I have had to date! I never make meat meatloaf anymore. I usually make it with the ground turkey breast, but have made it sometimes with the regular turkey breat (good but just more greasy and fatning). I make extra mashed potatoes and then turn the leftovers into a sheperd's pie the next day SO YUM!!!!

I made this tonight and it came out great, just as described. (My son liked it even better than Cheesy Meatloaf #259729!) The only thing I will do differently next time is either put in dried onions or saute the fresh onion first, because the chopped raw onion didn't cook enough for my taste.
