When I read this had sun-dried tomato salad dressing in it I knew I had to try it, because thats one of my favorite dressings. It was a wonderful tasting full of flavor salad! I did add a little feta cheese to it, but kept everything else the same. Thanks Bethany.

This was a great salad! I couldn't find any decent tomatoes, so I stuck w/the red and green bell peppers, and a red onion...also added chunks of cucumber, and whole olives since I wasn't sure if everyone liked olives (easier to pick out than sliced). I couldn't find the sun dried tomato dressing, so I used a reduced calorie Italian dressing. Thanks!

I LOVE this pasta salad! I made one change that made a big difference - I added a cup of Kraft Crumbles Mediterranean (Provolone, Feta and Parmesan), and it really made it outstanding. Aside from that I used Barilla Plus (which is the multigrain variety and requires a longer cook time and a good deal of salt in the boiling water). I did use an onion (half a red onion, to be specific), but I omitted the tomato as I prefer the taste of the sun-dried tomatoes from the dressing. I had a 16-oz bottle of dressing, which was necessary for the re-wetting of leftovers. Excellent recipe. This will be my standard pasta salad. Thanks!!!

Wonderful! Much better than the same old Pasta Salad. So simple too! Perfect with any BBQ food.

Great pasta salad recipe. I tripled the recipe as I was feeding 20. I did add a few little extras, such as broccoli, grape tomatoes, carrots and sugar snap peas. The sun-dried tomato dressing has a great flavour. I used a tri-colour rotini and the result was a very colourful, tasty salad that was loved by all. I will be making this again and again. Thanks Bethany.

This was a great mix of ingredients and is wonderful. I used Bow-Tie Pasta (because I had it) and prepared a day early to go with Crockpot Clam chowder. I will need to add a little more dressing tonite before I serve it, but it will be worth it.

Made this recipe as stated and was not very fond of the flavor. If I make it again I will try some of the reviewers additions.

I thjink the combination of pasta, peppers, olives and tomatoes is great. I had a yellow pepper also so I used a third of the green yellow and red. I don't care for the dressing or parmesan cheese so I improvised with olive oil, vinager and spices - it turned out fine. Thanks.

This is so good! Made it today, and I keep going back for more samples, lol. We LOVE the Sundried Tomato dressing, which I wouldn't have tried otherwise. I added a cucumber for more crunch, and went with grape tomatoes. I'll be making this again for sure, with grilling season in full swing. Thanks, Bethany!
