Very tasty. I used a packet of "Maggi Onion Soup" mix which is my favourite. Easy to make and will make again. Thanks for posting.

I really liked these, easy to make but I used butter instead of margarine and I did carrot and parsnip but didn't use celery. Will make again as it is so simple.

Easy to make, potatoes come out with a nice glaze almost like light gravy. Very tasty do again recipe Thanks Harley Princess

I like roasted vegetables any time. I did add some garlic powder to this. I also sprayed the veggies with a butter spray. This helped the onion soup and garlic powder to stick to the veggies while cooking. Nice veggie dish to make if the oven is on anyway!! Thanks for posting this.
