This was great. I added some diced onions and sliced mushrooms and also halved the recipe with no problem. Mine wasn't a souffle at all, but the egg helped hold it all together. Thanks Mirj!

This was a hit with my fiance and I enjoyed it as well, he even said that he wouldn't mind seeing it outside of passover. I used cheddar and mozzarella but I had wanted to use some goat cheese, which we didn't have. Thanks, I'll be adding this one to my cookbook
