very good pork chops, love the basil and tomato, I scaled it down for two and it turned out just fine. I did cut the cornstarch in half, it seemed like a lot, the sauce turned out just right for our tastes. Thanks for sharing a good one!!

Great recipe!! I botched it the first time, but I'm so glad I tried it again. Made exactly as stated, but I found my chops cooked in about 35-40 minutes (The first time they burned after 45 minutes). Thanks for posting!!! I will be making this again soon...

Great recipe. I made it just as directed, using basil grown in a pot on my back deck. It made such a pretty dish with the contrast of the tomatoes and the pretty green basil. But, I can assure you, we didn't mind digging in and messing up that pretty looking dish of food!!!! Thanks for the great recipe.

Terrific!! Everyone loved your recipe and the sauce was great. I used Iowa Chops so they were 1-1 ½ in. thick. Also used a red pepper, which gave it a sweeter taste then what the green gives. I think the green pepper has a “bite” to it, for lack of a better word. Cooking time was just right for the thick cut chops I used. I’ll be using this recipe many more times.

Loved it! The sauce has such a nice flavor to it- like homemade spaghetti sauce. In fact, I only had 4 chops, but I kept the sauce measurements as written and used the rest the next day over pasta. This one is a keeper! Thanks!
