This is so good! I sauteed some onion with the butter and pepper and used jasmine rice. I need to add a little more chicken broth, but the rice turned out perfectly. Thank you.

What a wonderful recipe this is! The only change I made was to use vegetable broth instead of chicken broth. It was easy to cook and resulted in a delicious side dish. Thanks you JillAZ for sharing your recipe.

This is a lovely pilaf recipe! Quite easy to prepare and to personalize with your favorite veggies! I prepared as directed except I used vegetable broth (no chicken broth in the house)! Next time, my intention is to add veggies! DH and I both loved this rice dish! Thanks JillAZ!

Really yummy! I used a long grain rice, vegetable broth, and just a shake of the pepper flakes. I also added garlic to the oil, and used shredded parmesan cheese. We really like it, and will definately make again, thank-you!

This was the perfect addition to our pork tenderloin! I loved the addition of the red and black pepper in this rice which really perked it up and made you take notice. I am sure this recipe will be seen a lot in my kitchen. Thanks, Jill for such an easy and delicious addition to our meal!

Thank you for a tasty side dish. I served this with the Barbecued Piggy Scallops #26101 and it was just right.

Definately did not like the parmesan in this - it was way overpowering. Easy to prepare but won't make again

I liked this. I used rice that I had already made in the freezer so it came together in no time. It was a little too hot for DH though.

I added 1/2 a bag of chopped frozen broccoli and a little extra salt to the water, and it turned out SO GOOD!! I love the combination of flavors with the parmesan and the red pepper. YUM-O!!
