Delicious! A great way to prepare frozen corn quickly without sacrificing lots of flavor. Made in one dish in the microwave. So easy, there's simply no excuse for buying that horrible frozen stuff in "butter" sauce! I would suggest doubling (or more) for 4 people. Thanks, Kittencal, for a great recipe!

One of the best side dishes I have made in a long time. I was not impressed when I read the recipe it did not look all that great but WOW what a taste. I used canned corn which worked fine I just did not cook it as long. Try this it's great.

This sounded awesome! We (my husband and I) did not like the flavors would have rather had the canned corn w/o the additions. I was very sad and sad to waste so much. I am a big fan of Kittencal so this wont prevent me from trying other things.

If Green Giant added this recipe to the packaging, sales would skyrocket! Thats right, I used frozen corn but didn't have enough green onion in the fridge - it was still a tasty, colourful match to meatloaf & garlic mashed taters. Thanx Kitten!

Mmmm, we really like your corn dish, K! Easy, easy, easy! I also used canned corn, and cooked a little less time than called for. Really went well with pork loin and oven garlic potatoes! Made a great supper! Thanks, Hon, I'll be making this one again, Laudee

This is very tasty but it wouldn't have served 4 here. After is was cooked I decided there wasn't enough and cooked about 1 cup more corn and added it to it. Just the 2 of us eating it and there is only enough left for 1 more serving. Thanks for posting a tasty recipe

I used fresh tarragon, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. It was delicious and quick, and went very well with our Texas style feast (chicken fried steak dinner). I doubled the recipe, and with five of us there were no left-overs.

I tried this recipe with canned corn, drained. I also didn't have any green onion or tarragon on hand but the recipe was great even without it. It was a lot better than the store bought corn in butter sauce. I will have to try the original recipe ingredients next time. Thanks so much for this recipe. It was truly a winner.

This is a quick and easy recipe. I followed the recipe exactly and next time I will probably cook the corn 4-5 minutes, but that may just be the variance in microwaves. I would say the recipe served 3 people, rather than 4. Thanks for sharing your recipe Kittencal, I enjoyed it.

My husband loved this recipe but I found it to be a little slimy from the cornstarch. Perhaps I'll look for a similar recipe, more like the one from the grocery store.
