I could kiss you!!! =D I loved Downy wrinkle spray when I discovered it yrs ago. I've not been able to find it in ANY store here locally. (HEB, Randall's, Albertson's, CVS, Walgreens ... Argh!) My last bottle ran out 2 wks ago and I've been trying to adjust to the Nigara one but it doesn't work as well and I don't like it. I was about to give up and, horror of horrors, BUY an iron!!! Thank you SO much for this! It even works beautifully on our hemp linen items. (worst wrinklers EVER)

Thank you so much for sharing this! I knew those strore bought wrinkle removers had to be a simple formula but wasn't sure what it was.NOW I know. And I'm am not about to waste money on the commercial stuff again.

Thank you! I LOVE saving money! Almost as much as I HATE ironing! This worked like a charm! Thanks a bunch!

This works great, and is much cheaper than the store-bought variety--even the generics! I use tap water, too, and whatever brand of fabric softener that I have around. I did increase the amount of fabric softener to 2 TB, though, since I think it works a little better and has more of a scent.

THANK YOU so very very much..... saw this this a.m. and had to try I figured what have I got to loose if it doesn't work..and so much to gain if it does work.. well it worked and worked wonderful!!!! I got side tracked yesterday and left one of my t shirts in the dryer and it was pretty wrinkled mixed up a batch of this put it in my empty mr clean spray bottle (22 oz) for the "distilled" water I just nuked tap water 4 minutes( till boiling) in my glass mesuring cup let it cool to luke warm and presto I have a very expensive wrinkle remover for a few pennies I am so pleased/happy/EXCITED... that store bought stuff is so expensive and this works as well and is cheap I can't begin to thank you enough...

THANK. YOU. For years, I've used the Dollar General brand of wrinkle releaser - I hated the smell but liked the price ($2/large bottle). But this is even better! Cheaper AND it smells like my favorite liquid fabric softener! I would've never thought of this on my own!

Thanks for posting this. I used a tablespoon of store brand fabric softener and 10 oz. of purified water. I poured it into my almost empty purchased wrinkle remover bottle. It works like a charm.

This is so handy to have around and so much cheaper than the store bought wrinkle releaser. Thanks for posting.
