I made this dip for a wedding shower this weekend - and it was awesome! A little strong smelling, but everyone loved it and asked for the recipe. I'll be making this again thie week already for another get together. Be prepared, though - this recipe makes a LOT!

    I wanted to make this only for my family so reduced it down to 6 servings which worked well. This is an excellent dip. If you like feta and garlic this spread is for you. I used light feta cheese and light tub style cream cheese. Because of the softer cream cheese I added only a tiny bit of milk. This spread is green in color which makes it even more interesting...I loved it and will be making it again!

    Entertained 20 people with an Italian theme all day lake side party. Was looking for spreads and not dips to leave out. This was well received, but the strength of the garlic turned some people off. The Feta cheese was nice change and the color and consistency made a nice display. I had some spread left over of which I will incorporate into a topping on some type of entree more than likely.

    Pretty color and a lot of flavor! If you don't care for a garlicky taste, don't make this dip! But if you do, this is for you! Preliminary dipping was with tortilla chips and it was good but can't wait to taste it with pita chips after a trip to the market! Thanks!

    I made this for our gourmet night which had a Mediterranean theme. Everyone loved it. It is very garlicky but the combination of Spinach, feta and garlic is tangy and delectable

    Delicious and easy to make! I used fat free feta, skim milk, and low fat cream cheese. Thanks for a keeper!
