Very much a comfort dish. I have made it twice now. First time exactly as the recipe shows; second time with a little tweaking. I broke the spaghetti into thirds to make it more kid friendly, put less sauce over it all to enhance the creamy inner sauce, melted the cream cheese with the sour cream over medium heat to help it blend together, and I added 1/4 cup fat-free milk to make the spaghetti less stiff. All in all, really enjoyed! Thanks Shells75

I followed your recipe as far as ingredients were concerned. I didn't start from scratch. I used leftover spaghetti from the night before and baked it in an 8x8 pan. I also combined the cream cheese and sour cream in a food processor before adding to the spaghetti. I was looking for what to do with leftover spaghetti and I found it.

This dish is absolutely FANTASTIC! You have made me love spaghetti again. Very easy to make. Will definately melt the cream cheese first when trying this again (which will be VERY soon!) and also add a lot more cheese. Thank you so much for sharing such an incredibly delicious meal!

This is a great dish. Very easy to make, full of flavor and is as someone said a nice change from regular spaghetti. It makes alot, reheats wonderfully. I seasoned the ground beef with salt, pepper, cayenne and garlic powder, used closer to 2 cups of the cheese and used 10 oz of spaghetti, also light sour cream. Thanks for a great dish. Peggy Lynn

oh my gosh...this was such a good dish and ridiculously easy to make. i also mixed the sauce with the ground meat (i used ground chicken) and melted the cream cheese and sour cream before mixing with pasta. i absolutely loved this dish. a great change to regular pasta dishes. the cream cheese and sour cream are the perfect addition to the sauce. i added a little essence spice (1 tsp) to the sauce. this will be one of my regular dishes. thank you very much for posting.

What a nice change from "just spaghetti!" Our company loved it too. I split the recipe between two pans. The recipe freezes really well which makes it a nice way to keep meals ready for taking to a sick neighbor and for those hectic weeks that are so much a part of modern life. It was easy to put together...I did it while I was cooking another meal. Lots of positive points that makes this a recipe I will prepare often.

I loved this! It was so easy to make and it froze beautifully. The only thing I did different (the 2nd time I made it) was to mix the ground beef and the sauce. My hubby and 2 year old son love this and it is now a regular in my OAMC rotation.

Cream cheese and sour cream...I thought I just might be making spaghetti cheesecake! hehe Using my own meatballs and sauce, I wanted to transform them into something a little different. I kept the meatballs whole and just nestled them into the spaghetti. I, also, used various cheeses that I had on hand...monteray jack, cheddar, romano, mozzarella. A five starer that's sure to please young and old alike. A keeper for certain!

YUUUUUMMMMMMM!This is awesome. We had enough for supper, 2 lunches tomorrow, and 3 pieces in the freezer. The kids loved it too, even my 8 yr old "Spaghetti Hater"!
