This was quite good made from winter produce. But I just know that this will be AMAZING with fresh summer produce out of our garden. It would be wonderful with any kind of meat and my husband wants to try it on top of a burger. Thanks Geema!

This is a nice salad. I ate it from the bowl and also used it over corn cakes. Very good. Thanks Geema!

This salad, with the lemon dressing is just outstanding, we loved the freshness and crispness of it! We were having chicken/bacon focaccia sandwiches and added some of the salad in it and also had some on the side. We will now always have to have Turkish Salad to add to our focaccia sandwiches, it added such a wonderful crispness! Thanks for sharing a keeper!

What a great summer salad. I used 3 tomatoes, 1 green pepper, 1 small cucumber. and 1/2 a red onion instead of the green. It was fast and easy to put together, and enjoyed by all.

I had a friend from this part of the world and this is EXACTLY how her salad tasted! Thank you!! Fresh parsley is key to this salad.

This is the closest recipe I could find that really reminded me of the Turkish salad I used to eat in Adana. The only major difference was the green bell peppers, which I chose to leave out. This is a great refreshing salad! Note to others: this salad is better the colder it is. Chilling is a must!

I add Feta Cheese to mine, and I love it that way!

This is the real deal. We ate this almost every night in Turkey for four years. Fantastic picture as well.

This was a real nice salad and extremely tasty. Just uses a few simple ingredients and the end result is quite remarkable. I served this along with grilled swordfish and it was a good pairing. Thanks Geema. Plan on using this one lots.
