Pie Crust Cookies are one of my favorite childhood memories. My mother always made these with the scraps of leftover pie crust dough. Now, I do the same. Thanks for posting.

Very easy to make and the kids liked them at snack time. I also put some shredded chedder cheese on top the last 5 minutes of baking time.

This was a favorite of mine growing up. My mom always used to make these with extra pie crust! The only change was that she wouldn't add butter... she would dip the pie crust slices in milk, put them on a greased cookie sheet and then generously sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over them. The picture I took is using Best - Ever Pie Crust for the crust. Delicious!

We call these pie crust cookies, and we LOVE them so much! My mom used to make these for me as a child, and now I make them for my kids. Thanks for putting this on here!

I make these with the leftover dough anytime I make a pie crust. The kids and I love them!

The best part of this recipe is it's simplicity with an added bonus that it tastes great. I just purchased the cinnamon sugar already mixed. I found that after the first batch I did not put enough cinnamon sugar. The second try I really loaded up the pie crust up with cinnamon sugar and got the flavor I was looking for.

I hate to drag down your rating and to be the one person who disagrees with everyone else, but we didn't really like this recipe. I pulled out this recipe to use up a broken frozen pie crust, and it just didn't seem to work. The pieces were pretty flavorless once cooked, and I think 20 minutes might be a little too long.

As a kid I wasn't too hip to fruit pies. My mom would always do this with the dough scraps and they were all mine. Yum!

This is also what we have done with our pie crust scraps since I can remember, minus the butter, though. Just sprinkle on the cinnamon and sugar and bake, delicious. We would fight over it as kids.
