I have been making this for years. I usually leave out the green pepper, personal taste, and add a dash or 2 of red pepper flakes. It adds just the right amount of zest.

I served this today at a baby shower which I hosted. Everyone raved about it and it was enjoyed by all. I served it with 3 different varieties of crackers. This recipe will be used at all my parties.

This is a recipe I have been using for longer than I can remember. Made it for Thanksgiving and it was a favorite that went quickly. I am very happy to see it posted here. Thanks.

This is my cheeseball recipe I use at Christmas. I take it to parties. I first tried it at a friend's party and liked it so asked for the recipe.

Hi Jellyqueen, This is a great recipe. I have made it 6 times for friends and family and everyone LOVED it. I added it to our recipe book at work(I'm a cook by trade)I did use 1/8 cup red bell peppers and 1/8 cup green bell peppers and sweet red onion...for different colors. I have found the longer it sits in the freg the better the flavors mix.So now if I'm doing a party I will make it 2 days before. I must say it is a big winner in our town.Anyone that want's a great cheese log..Be sure and try this one. Thanks

I normally can't stand any recipe that mixes sweet and salty, but this is the one exception. It is incredibly good. We have it every year at my mom's Christmas party, and I also make it throughout the year for my family.

This is fantastic. Sounded kind of gross to me when I read it, but someone had told me about something similar they had that was great and asked if I could find something for their baby shower and it was a huge hit. Sounds icky, but once you start eating it you can't put it down. One caution, don't use fat-free cream cheese. Used it the second time I made this and would not hold together, just turned to a big sloppy mess.
