We loved this version of stuffed Jalapenos! It's very similiar to the recipe I normally use but just takes it up a notch and clean up is so much easier! I especially liked the baking for 45 minutes over putting under the broiler. The flavours of the peppers were unfused into the cream cheese and the bacon was done perfectly. I had to keep in a further 8 to 10 minutes because my oven tends to be slow. I stuck a piece of parchment paper on the cookie sheet under the baking rack and clean up was a breeze! Thank you for sharing this!

We use to make plain old jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese and cheddar cheese until we tried this recipe. This is the best appetizer ever! The bacon and garlic really make the recipe. They are great cooked in the oven or on the grill. Everybody absolutely loves them and can't get enough of them! They take a little time to make, but are well worth it. Make sure that you make plenty because they go fast.

Wow! I don't eat bacon but my family does. I gave this recipe to my mom who took them to a party. They were the big, big hit. She took the very next weekend to annother function and got rave reviews. Sounds like a keeper!

5 star all the way. I cut the recipe back to 3 Jalapenos (6 pieces). Instead of wrapping the pepper in bacon I just cut 3 little strips for each, used light cheese and doubled the onions. Pre 3/4 cooked the bacon to get out as much fat as possible and only baked them for 20 minutes - The Jalapenos still had some crunch Super appitizer with a Martini.

These are absolutely fantastic! I made 2 dozen and my DH and I and the next door neighbor ate them all in less than 1/2 hour! I will never pass by the fresh jalapenos at the store again! I pre-cooked the bacon, added a bit more onion and garlic, but otherwise followed directions. Easy and extremely tasty. Thanks for sharing this terrific recipe. (Update 10/30/08 I have lately been adding shredded cheddar, minced jalapeno and chopped cilantro to the cream cheese mixture. I then refrigerate the mixture for a day before stuffing the jalapenos, just to let the flavors blend. Even better! Thanks again!)

These are scrumptious! We grill them to get the smoke flavor. Yummy!

Holy mackeral, johnnie! These are about the best we've eaten in ages. This is a very easy recipe to prepare, and will be made often. Oh, and don't forget to wear gloves while working with the peppers! Adopted for Spring 2008 PAC.

Anything with bacon on it or in it is always good, but this is awesome!!! My husband likes them a little warm, so I make sure to leave some of the seeds in a few on one side of the pan. Even the kiddos like these!

Tried it with prosciutto and bacon and we all preferred the bacon. I also tried it with laughing cow french onion cheese, but i couldn't really tell a difference between it and the cream cheese. Huge hit at graduation party! Will do again and again. Thanks!!
