This was really, really good. I didn't have enough chicken broth, so I substituted 1/2 c. of white wine. Also, since I only had fat free milk (and I like a creamy sauce), I used one c. milk and 1/2 c. heavy cream. Also used just one pkg. spinach since I'm not a big fan. It was super delicious! My husband agreed, and requested that this recipe be put in my "to make again" file, which of course I did. Thanks for a great recipe.

I realize this probably does not need another review, but I tried it based on reading the recent reviews; so...it is really, really, good, and I did not even layer properly (1/3 of (Step #12) is just for the noodles, not everything else), but absolutely delightful. Took leftovers to both children's Grams and got calls from both on how absulutely wonderful the flavors were. Keeper!!

Good recipe! I am not really a lasagne lover but I needed to use up leftover turkey from Thanksgiving. This worked really well and I like this better than the traditional hamburger with spaghetti sauce.

Wonderful! I might not ever go back to “traditional” lasagna! I halved everything except for the spices because I only cook for two, and it still gave us 6 generous servings. I served it with a green salad and garlic breadsticks and we both loved it. Next time I might substitute asiago for half of the parmesan, but that is just a personal preference. The directions were clear and easy, though my prep time was more like 35 minutes, and the end result was beautiful. I wouldn’t hesitate to serve this for company, but it is simple enough for everyday. This is definitely going into my rotation. Thanks for the great recipe!

Wonderful recipe!! I followed the recipe, and my whole family loved it. Next time I think I will do chicken with artichoke hearts and sun dried tomatoes. I think broccoli would be good for people who do not like spinach. I served it with a light salad with balamic and oil.

HDMac, this lasagna is simply delicious. I basically followed the recipe but used 15 lasagna noodles, 10 oz fresh spinach (next time I'd use all 20 oz), 1 1/2 c fat free half & half instead of milk, and 8 oz mozzarella (not sure how many cups that is!). I really enjoyed it, and will certainly prepare it again.

I can't beleive I forgot to review this FANTASTIC recipe! Could have sworn I did.... I have given this recipe to all my friends and family and said "you will never go back to traditional lasagna" I took one bite and .......... said, "It's a Keeper!" Just love it. I gave away 1/2 of it since I live alone so with my half I cut into individual portions and wraped in plastic wrap & then put in gallon size zip lock in freezer. I was very sorry I gave the other half to neighbor for her & adult grand kids. I could have enjoyed for weeks. My God, this was wonderful! Froze great and flavor galore. Thank You so much for this fantastic recipe! Never again will I do traditional Lasagna.... People who do not like Spinach, don't let this deter you from including in the recipe. I don't know how to explain it but its kinda like what spinach dip is....everyone loves it but hates spinach. Love it Love it Love it! Thank You

I absolutely loved this! I sub. broccoli for spinach because the other half requested it but will make it with spinach next time.... My other half actually said it was so much better than regular lasagna! That's a surprise!! Now I just have to figure out how to transfer it to the crock pot because we will be having this often!! Thanks for a GREAT recipe!!
