This is so good. I served on toasted rye rounds and everyone enjoyed it. I didn't grind the ham, but chopped it up fine because we like our ham salad a bit c bit chunkier. Thanks Richard!

A great recipe that I will tweak to my husbands taste. The mustard is a great idea! Thanks for posting!

This worked beautifully and I had no leftovers. I made it with the listed ingredients, but in amounts to suit my taste, as suggested. I didn't feel any ingredients were missing-it's just right. Thanks, Richard.

Loved this recipe! Made it with our leftover Easter ham (Smithfield); chopped the ham in my Magic Bullet. Definitely agree that it needs more mayonaise, and I also added more pickle relish (per preference). Also, I had to modify, as I did not have honey mustard. I took the yellow mustard that I did have and added a little brown sugar, mixed together, then added to the recipe! Thanks for sharing!

Very tasty! I used a bit more mayo and honey mustard (nice touch!) than called for. I put the whole mixture in the food processor for ease, but I think I ground it too fine - next time I'll leave it a little chunkier. Thanks for posting!

Richard, I thoroughly enjoyed this ham salad. I used a food processor to chop up the ham, and then stirred in the remaining ingredients. I used the more suggestion .......I used mayonnaise, a sweet pickle relish, and Honeycup mustard (my new find, got myself hooked on its flavor...so you know I added more). I didn't wait to use left-over ham, the wait would have been too long. I bought a one pound chunk of imported deli ham from the market. The ham salad I am used to making uses these same ingredients, minus the honey mustard. I have always used pickled hot cherry peppers in place of your honey mustard. While I love my ham salad, yours will probably be made more often, because not every one has the acquired taste for hot peppers. My ham salad is one I make for myself....yours I could make for everyone and they will enjoy it as much as I. Thanks for posting such a good ham salad.

One word... fantastic. Bought the economical 'end cuts' from the deli section at the supermarket. Cost virtually nothing to make and tasted great. My kids are requesting it almost every day for their packed lunch. Thanks Richard.

I added a little bit of relish. It's delicious and will be our new way of doing ham sandwiches

This is an excellent ham salad. I've never added honey mustard before, and i must admit it is fabulous. Served on 12 grain bread. Thanks Richard!
