These are pretty good. Not the easiest to make (oven is easier) but tastey!!

I tried these and they were fantastic. I used olive oil and real butter. I also used white bread which made them light and crunchy. They are easy to prepare and make them whenever I serve a salad.

I had totally forgotten about making croutons this way! Thanks for the reminder, my husband liked them better than the toasting way I had been doing them.

I had no bread crumbs for my salad. This is a must in my household. Thank you for this recipe IT WAS A HIT!!!!!! I didnt have garlic cloves on hand so I used garlic powder and it still was grate cant wait to make this again with fresh garlic.
