This is a good and easy recipe. My 1 year old daughter loved it, so did my handsome husband. Always a plus to make him happy. That is why I'm getting new rachel ray pans. yippee. oh, back to the recipe, we used sour cream and onion ruffle potato chips and the result equaled new pans. yippee.

I really liked this - I made double servings (intending to freeze the rest) but ended up finishing them in one meal. I had a little trouble getting the chips to stick to the chicken (I used skinless thigh) and added a little flour which didn't really seem to help. I used a cheap brand of potato chips (sour cream and onion) and omitted the butter. But overall this is a really simple and delicious dish that I'll definitely do again.

We had this for dinner tonight. Everyone loved it. I used the sour cream onion chips. It was easy, fast and delicious. I put the chicken in a bowl, poured the egg/milk mix over it and then placed it in a zip lock with the crushed chips. I put it on the cookie sheet and drizzled the butter over it. I can't wait to try it with different flavored chips. Thanks for posting a great recipe.

So much for healthy chicken, but these were great!!! I used Maui Onion chips and instead of butter used butter flavored spray in an attempt at making them a bit lower fat. Which I'm glad I did, because I gobbled the leftovers up as I was cleaning the kitchen! I'm sure the boys will be asking for these often. Thanks for an easy recipe for one of those I don't feel like cooking days.

Thanks! We used crushed BBQ Ruffle chips. I had problems with crushing them. I used a rolling pin with the chips in a ziplock bag, I should have used a blender or food processor. I'll do that next time. Crunchy and very tasty! We will make this again.

I made them with the Sour Cream and Onion Potato Chips - I COULDN'T KEEP MY HANDS OFF THEM! So easy and very delicious. I am trying them next with plain to see how much the flavoring added to them and then with Doritos. This recipe was a hit with adults, I have yet to try it on the kids......honestly, I just don't want to share! Thanks Poker, great staple of a recipe.

I really loved the ease of preparation and unique taste of breading with sour cream and onion chips. However, it just tasted a little salty to me and over-processed (?) from the potato chips. I can't think of any other way to describe it. I think I like bread crumbs with herbs better. DH liked it alot, however.

These were terrific. I used BBQ chips. They were a big hit with my 4-year-old, who is addicted to chicken nuggets. He often pushes dinner away, but he eagerly jumped on these and decided that "Mommy makes the best chicken nuggets!" Thanks!
