I used to make this when I had cream cheese on hand. Fantastic scrambled eggs! I scrambled the eggs in the pan and as they cooked, added little cubes of cream cheese.

Love the moist little cheeselets. Have even tried it with some milk, makes it even more creamy! Simple and fast, easy to clean up afterwards, perfect for a Sunday morning.

I made this recipe this morning, and it tastes amazing. Some of the best scrambled eggs I've had. With some coffee, it's a great breakfast to start the day.

I made your recipe last night for my husband and he loved it. He said the eggs were very tasty. I usually put cheese in his eggs but never thought of cream cheese. Thanks for posting a delicious recipe
