24 Reviews of Best Ever Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

From: Josh #3

On Oct 30, 2006

These seeds are the best I've ever had by far!! One suggestion; You could just mix the butter/worcestershire sauce in a bowl with the seeds. This helps save some time and saturates the seeds better. Highly Recommended recipe!!!

Delicious! Even my 3yo loved them. There was very little left for me to eat because the flavor was so great. However I did find them to be a bit greasy because of the margarine. I will definately use this recipe again.

This recipe is the reason we have a real jack-o-lantern again this year. I made these last year and they were absolutely yummy - the best seeds I've ever had. I think we'll probably have real jack-o-lanterns at this house for a long while to come.

I've made pumpkin seeds before, but they never came out like this before. They came out perfect, but instead of 2 hours I cooked them or 1 1/2 hours maybe because my oven in brand new... Thanks for the recipe!!!! 10/22/07 Visalia, Ca

easy and great. tastes just a tad better than plain salted. UPDATE: took a cue from some of the other recipes on this site and boiled the seeds in water first with 1/8 t. salt for 10 mins. and then proceeded with the recipe. Improves texture and plumps them up!

OK, I have been slow getting my reviews in, but I made this with out Halloween pumpkin seeds and we loved it. I agree the worcestershire must be the ingredient that pushes it over the top. I have always made pumpkin seeds, but never like this and I will never go back to the old way. We really liked the flavor of these....thank you and sorry for the late review.....Stephanie
