I made this according to the recipe and added about 1 tsp of instant coffee granules...afterall, what goes better with chocolate than coffee? It was so tasty, although next time I think I'll use 1/2 that much, so the coffee isn't quite as discernable. Also, the texture of the pie was a bit gooey and wet - not that it's stopped me from eating it, but I can't help but think it's not completely cooked. I cooked it 30+ minutes and got a nice crust but the inside was a little too gooey. Next time I might add a bit more flour and see if that helps. The taste is wonderful and it is so easy that I will make it again with a few minor adjustment to suit my personal preferences.

Rich, fudgy, and delicious. This was so quick to put together, I had it ready to go into the oven before it had even fully preheated. This is a great one to keep in mind for those times when you need a dessert, but are short on time or energy. The ingredients are ones we all keep on hand, and it is perfect as is, or can be "dressed up" if a nicer presention is desired. Thanks for posting!

OMGosh! I have been looking for this since I joined Zaar. They make it at my work, but I Thought it's name was like brownie pie. You know what would make it "10 Stars"- A pie crust! Next time I make it I am adding the crust like they do at my work. Thank you! Keeper!!!

This was absolutely delicious! Note I said "was" cause it didn't last very long. Very fudgy, very rich, and very, very easy. Tastes like the fudgiest of brownies and will be made often here. Thanks NPG!!

This rich and decadent dessert was a great finish to our Thanksgiving meal. Tiny slices were perfect with a cup of coffee.

My daughter (Cricket*) and I made this together and we really enjoyed this. This would be a great "homey" dessert for company, too. I love the photo by Gayla, too! Thanks Newspapergal for another great recipe. Roxygirl

Found this recipe while looking for something chocolatey to make for Valentine's Day dessert. Couldn't believe how easy it was to get it into the oven; served warm with low carb vanilla ice cream (to balance things out!) and I had to have two servings! Thanks for a fantastic recipe!
