Mmmmmmmmmm! Delish! And you're so right, the pastry was wonderful! The taste of the filling was just right, not too much walnutty (now there's a word I seem to have invented). Unfortunately, I didn't have any walnut ice cream, but it tasted great with vanilla! Thnx for posting, evelyn. Made for ZWT4.

Walnut tart - so Canadian! This one is unlike the one I make - and a wonderful addition to my Tart recipes - has already been added to my family cookbook. Absolutely delicious. Made as posted - perfect as is - can't wait to serve this to family and friends!
