Yummmmy!!! I made these last week and I didn't have any Montreal Steak Seasoning so I just used what I had, fresh cracked pepper and seasoned salt. Also I added some fresh minced garlic to the liquid ingredients. The flavor was soooo good!! My husband loved it too!! It was also one of those rare times I cooked the steaks "just right" so it was even more perfect!! I didn't even use any steak sauce!! I marinated those for about 6 or 7 hours. I just marinated some more steaks that we will eat later tonight... so they will be marinating for over 15 hours!! Ooooh yummmm... I can't wait =) Thank you so much for this recipe Marie!! Now I just have to perfect my steak cooking skills!!

Marie I made your marinade tonite. It was a huge success. I let the sirlion steaks sit in it for 4 hours. Then I grilled them. Mummmm. What can I say...the steaks were tender, juicy and the flavour was amazing. It's a keeper, thank you so much.

This marinade was so simple and tasty. I marinaded a london broil and cannot wait to try steak tips in this. I also let the steak marinade for four hours. Thanks for sharing.

This is the only way to have steaks...I've made this some time and have some steak tips;Make sure strip steaks are 1 inch to 1 1/4 inch thick or they will overcook. Grill on high (preheat) grill 9-11 minutes total turning once! I marinade 1 hour and remove outer edge fat. DEEElicious!!

Most tasteful steak ever! We made up a few ribeyes for dinner and they were 10x better then a steakhouse! Will continue to use this recipe for all future steak prep! *We used low sodium soy sauce, which is good because it was just the right amount of salt-y tasting with the other ingredients.
