we LOVED these.... I don't have mini-muffin tins, so I used regular muffin tins and they came out great. And the possibilities are endless.....ground pork w/ ginger terriyaki sauce, Italian sausage with mozzeralla, spinach, feta and sundried tomatoes.....

I borrowed this great supper idea from a "what's for supper" thread and boy am I glad I did!!! Everyone in the family loved these and they were so simple to whip up. I almost always have Tish's All Purpose Ground Meat Mix All Purpose Ground Meat Mix in the freezer and I will add this to my list of quick meals to make with it. I just made a double batch of homemade taco seasoning (Taco Seasoning Blend)and used 1 Tbsp of that instead of a package. Thanks for sharing this great recipe!

Great for a party! I would recommend brushing the wonton wrappers in oil and popping it in the oven for a couple of minutes before putting the filling so that you get a crispier shell!

A wonderful appetizer recipe! I made this for a fiesta with coworkers and they were loved by all. I used ground turkey and flavored the browned meat myself. Pepper Jack cheese gave them a nice little kick. I found that if you take them out of the mini muffin tin asap and leave them to cool on a rack, they do not get soggy on the bottom at all (this can happen if you let them cool too long on the muffin tin or if you have a lot of salsa on top). I simply reheated them on a cookie sheet at the fiesta. I agree with other users that this is a great spring board idea and can be used for a number of different flavors.

These were simply amazing. Who would've thought to make tacos in egg roll wrappers?!? The kids loved them — which rarely happens with new recepies — and I did make some basic changes to use what we had on-hand. I used regular muffin pans and made 12 without any added spice for the kids, then loaded our 12 up. Also, I did spray the tins and wontons with Pam, and pre-crisped them in the 425 degree oven for about 5 minutes. Cilantro, japs and pepper jack added a healthy kick to our 12 and they didn't need any additional toppings. These will be a regular addition to our dinner mix. Also, I love being able to have "tacos" without all of the added calories from tortillas. Thank you!

I've made this twice, and I must say that I recommend pre-crisping the wonton wrappers....I did that the second time and just thougth it worked better. Made this exactly as directed other than I shredded some pepperjack for the cheese, and also chopped some fresh cilantro and added that as well. Very easy to make, simple ingredients, and we were both thought they were quite good.

Similar concept to a recipe I have posted, but mine is chicken fajita and instead of wontons I just use tostito scoops....try it! Scoops ( a bagged chip ) makes it real easy.

This recipe was enjoyed by my family. ALOT! I did use ground turkey instead of ground beef. I also subbed eggroll wrappers & made 12 large Taco Cups in a regular size muffin pan as that was what I had on hand. I had to increase the cooking time slightly to compensate for the size increase. The few leftovers reheated well in the micro the next day. Thanks Bekah for a recipe I will use again!

This was wondeful. I had egg roll wrappers that I cut in 4 with a pizza cutter, used leftover taco meat which is basically the same recipe posted. Loved them! This recipe is an inspiration to make other same style dishes and inspire me to buy another mini muffin pan! Will make over and over, thanks!

Made these yesterday for a gettogether. Loved the idea & presentation. I did bake the wrappers for 5 mins before stuffing them. everything was ok but some of my tacos got soggy at the bottom & gave way the filling ( fell apart) so may I put too much salsa or filling. Will make these again for sure.TY for a great recipe.
