I couldn't be more impressed. Amazingly good fresh fruit recipe. I subbed Splenda for the sugar so not only is it nearly fat free, it's nearly sugar-free. According to my calculations 1 serving (of 4) has 107 calories, 1 gram of fat and 71 carbs. AND IT TASTES GREAT! I highly recommend this recipe.

Wonderful recipe,Very easy to make! I used frozen blackberries and it baked into a delicious cobbler. The only recommendation would be to mix a little sugar with frozen blackberries before combining the berries with the rest of the recipe to take the edge off the tartness.

Made last night as a last minute dessert decision. I had a small bag of 3-berry-blend in the freezer that was just the right amount. Thawed just slightly before adding to the pan. Also, with the flour, sugar and milk mixture I added in a touch of cinnamon and a little nutmeg which gave a subtle boost of flavor.

ladypit, I have made this two times in two days. I followed the directions except I used soy milk in place of the skim milk. The other change I made was to sweeten the fruit a bit before adding it to the batter. I used rasberries yesterday and apples today! Both were outstanding! I baked mine for 50 minutes. This was a great breakfast treat, and it cost only pennies to make. I am thinking about making several batches of the dry mix to have on hand so all I have to do is add milk and throw the fruit in! Thanks for the great idea! KCShell

This is a delightful low fat dessert. Very easy to prepare. I used frozen cherries, came out great, DH ate most of it! And only 3 WW points!

Fantastic and will do over and over with different fruit. This time I used jarred pie cherries and a small quantity of frozen blueberries, just because they needed using. Really fast, easy and versatile. I can't wait to make it with plums.....cut into 6 which gave nice pieces, cut into four the way the recipe states would be very generous pieces!

This was really good cobbler, especially considering that it is fat-free. I had never made cobbler before, so when I was mixing the batter for some reason I expected a thicker batter and was really tempted to add more flour. Luckily, I didn't; it turned out really well. I used frozen (defrosted) mixed berries with wonderful results. I don't think it would taste quite as good by itself, but with French Vanilla ice cream it was delicious! Thank you.

This was great! I doubled the recipe, and put it in a 9x13 pan. It worked perfectly. I used cherry pie filling, also. My family really liked it, even my dad, who, on principle, dislikes low-fat foods. He even knew ahead of time that it was fat free, and told my mom she needed to make it in the next week or so! Next time I will make it with blueberries, I think. Thanks for a great recipe!

Who knew something this simple could be this tasty?? Wow! This is so sweet and delicious I never would have guessed it was fat free. I made this using canned peaches. I had to use a combination of harvest spice and raspberry flavored peaches because that's what I had on hand and they worked out wonderfully. I also used soy milk in place of the milk. I can't wait to try this again with other fruits! Thanks, ladypit!
