I just can't believe that an addition of sour cream would make simple scrambled eggs something special.Since only two of us were eating our eggs scrambled, I cut the recipe in half and used about a 1/2 cup of shredded sharp chedder cheese.Normally I don't like eggs in any form, but these were very good. This recipe will be made again, thank you for posting."Keep Smiling

Wonderful!! The only change I made was to use half & half instead of water. My family won't let me prepare scrambled eggs any other way now. Thanks!

These are delicious. The sour cream adds a wonderful flavor and creaminess to the eggs which we loved. Thanks for sharing!

Made for ZWT III. I really enjoyed these eggs for breakfast this morning. I followed the recipe exactly and the eggs were very light, fluffy and creamy. Thanks for the great recipe, Sharon 123.

So good! You won't believe the difference a little sour cream makes. Light, fluffy, and cheesy. I used reduced fat sharp cheddar. Served these for dinner with Sharon's Yeast Corn Rolls, bacon, and mixed fruit. My son LOVED these! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Wonderful! I've never used sour cream in eggs before, but I'm glad I found this recipe. Another use for sour cream!

These have got to be one of the best egg recipes in the world! We have had it 3 times in the last 5 days! I mqde them just like the recipe said and they were perfect. My large family all liked them which is a rare thing. One even said that they were the best eggs she had ever had. Thanks for posting!

This made for a nice change from my usual breakfast cereal. I reduced the recipe to a single serving easily. I also liked the fact that it was really quick to prepare!
