I made this today using fresh water Basa fish, it was very easy, fast, no mess, relatively healthier than frying and best of all we liked the taste. I'd probably reduce the basil next time as it was a bit overpowering for my taste. Great recipe thank you for sharing.

This is a great recipe. I made it with a 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic instead of the powder and I omitted the breadcrumbs & parmesan cheese. A healthy meal especially if you replace the butter with olive oil. This is an excellent dish!

Here is your sweet 16th review! We loved this fish!! I tried to make it less fat so I used Pam spray in the pan and I sprayed the fish(I used Cod)with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray. I kept everything else as written. I will be making this again. Thanks for posting!!

What a tasty and easy way to cook delicious fish! I used sole fillets and the only change I made was to add about another half teaspoon of garlic (one teaspoon total), since we are both garlic lovers in this house. Now that I've found such a tasty way to cook fish, we'll definitely be having it more often. Thanks so much, Kittencal! We really enjoyed this!

I used sole fillets. I made my own breadcrumbs. I used No Salt Seasoning for the salt. The fish was full of flavours because of all the seasoning. Delicious. All the family loved this Thanks Kit Made for Zaar Star Game

Thanks for the recipe! Prepared striper fillets as directed. Make sure the paprika is fresh- mine was musty smelling so I ran out and bought more. The paprika is what gives the fish that wonderful color after baking. I served the fish with lemon wedges and for the kids tartar sauce. Very tasty!
