Thanks for a fantastic presentation idea! I was using a different cheese fondue, Apple Cider Fondue , but loved the pumpkin idea. I prepared the pumpkin exactly as stated in this recipe and served the fondue in it at my Halloween party. It get numerous compliments for how creative and fun it looked. I waited until everyone had arrived to serve the fondue in it, keeping it warm on the stove, and told everyone to dig in while it was still hot! Thanks again!

This fondue got rave reviews at my Adult Halloween Party. It was easy to make. The presentation in the baked pumpkin made it festive and unique. And the added flavor of the pumpkin with the other ingredients made it the best tasting fondue I have ever had. FancyNancy Farmingdale, NY

Very nice and delicious idea! I really liked the idea of dipping apples, shrimps and pears into the cheese - so far I only knew about dipping baguette into cheese fondue. The presentation - serving the fondue in a pumpkin - is wonderful. Thanx.

Liked the flavor but how do you keep it warm in the pumpkin? Once it cooled it was just a lump of glump.
