This,as many reviewers have pointed out,is light, not too sweet and easy to make. I really like when the berries burst in your mouth...a little bit of Spring! I was a little disappointed that I didn't catch a boy though. Thanks!

I give this 5 stars. I followed the directions exactly, the only change I made was to half it. I made the mistake of forgetting to add the baking powder, which made the bottom layer of the cake very rubbery. THis of course was my fault, and it tasted GREAT even with the rubberyness. I will definately make this again, and hopefully next time I will remember to add the baking powder. Thanks for posting this!

Good, not exceptional. The cake seemed to get wet after standing a few hours, so the texture was less than appealing.

Awsome recipe. It's like a blueberry muffin in a cake pan. I loved it and it was easy. Thanks for the recipe.

This is a fantastic recipe! My two girls (6 and 9)were able to make it themselves with minimal assistance. We made it exactly as directed with fresh blueberries they picked this morning. When they served it to their grandma she was very impressed! We liked it because the cake was not very sweet and really let the sweet juicy berries shine. In our family we typically eat cake in a bowl with a little milk poured over it...YUM! My mom is going to take this to work tomorrow to share with the lady who let us pick her blueberries (if it lasts through the night!)

Raves from the MEP household - delicious bait. I had about a cup of blueberries and raspberries in my freezer, so I used those. Made a great combination, and I'll probably do that again. Thanks for the easy, tasty treat!

I love this recipe. The cake is moist and tastes wonderful. I sometimes use more than 2 cups of blueberries just because I love them so!

WOW! This was amazing! Beating the egg whites made it so light and fluffy. Wonderful. The only changes I made were to add a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg. I took some to work and people were fighting over it! Thanks!

I had just bought a 16oz bag of frozen blueberries, but didn't have a recipe in mind. This one was awesome! After having a few pieces, my husband read the recipe, and said "that Coffee Mom sure makes good coffee cake!" I will definitely make this again, even though it's awfully hard to stop eating it. Thanks for the great recipe, CM!
