I made some alterations to these pinwheels (due to ingredients on hand), and hadn't planned on rating them...but, my guests loved them. I couldn't deny Keen5 the credit after all of the great reviews that I received when serving these appetizers. I didn't have frozen spinach, but had fresh baby spinach leaves. Rather than chop and mix the fresh spinach into the cream cheese mixture, I made my modification as follows: spread cream cheese mixture on flour tortillas; layer baby spinach leaves; layer a slice of shaved smoked turkey; rollup tightly; slice; eat! These were soooo good. They were the first appetizer tray to be emptied.

OK, so I've already reviewed these. But I wanted to add that the California Sun Dried Tomato Wraps work best. Much better than tortillas. These are now my signature appetizer and thanx for it!!

this is such an easy, make ahead recipe that people seemed to really enjoy at our bbq. however, the ranch seasoning taste was very strong. i would use less ranch dip mix next time and season it with other spices instead.

These were absolutely delicious !!! I will certainly make these again... everybody loved them. For me half the recipe was enough. To halve I used 1 TBSP of Ranch Salad dressing(I did not have Ranch dip mix), and half a pack of spinach. And I used real bacon.

Oh, these are so wonderful!! Next time I think I'll use fresh spinach instead of frozen, but other than that, I wouldn't change a thing!!!

WONDERFUL! I haven't tried it yet on tortillas, but as a sandwich spread as is. Next will try it with the addition of thin sliced meat in the saidwich. This is a wonderful way to get kids to eat spinach - worked on my Grandson. Keen5, thank you, thank you, thank you.

I halved the recipe easily, and made it as-is, only adding some fresh ground pepper in with the ranch seasoning. I like spinach, but found this a bit too spinachy ... I think I would enjoy it more with fresh spinach as opposed to the frozen called for (& that I used). I used an herb wrap, and served to friends as an appy before a casual meal of homemade pizzas & peach pie.
Thank you!

Searched Recipezaar for appetizers for my weekend get together and these pinwheels were great. I used cheese tortillas as well as spinach tortillas. To some I added grated cheese to others I added paper thin smoked turkey slices.(use your favorite brand) This recipe is a keeper.

I took these to my Ya Ya Christmas party last night and they were a hit. My vegetarian friend, Darlene, accidentally received one and was quite happy she did. Real easy to make.

The flavor of the filling was wonderful. We wrapped them in Sun-dried tomato wraps instead of regular tortillas. They were a popular hors de oever at my daughters wedding reception.
