This was very good and rich! I added my own twist to this recipe, and turned it into a casserole. I made 2 cups of rice cooked in chicken broth, and made that the bottom layer in a large casserole dish. Ontop of that, I layered the seasoned cubed-up chicken. And ontop of that, I layered the artichoke/mayo/parmesan mixture. I added sauteed onion and spinich to it also. Baked as called for, and it was really good! Did I say this dish tasts sooo rich? I used reduced fat mayo.

This dish was AWESOME! It is such an easy dish to put together and results in a moist, juicy, tender and very flavorful chicken. We will make this again and again. The only change I made was to season the chicken with cajun seasoning before adding the artichoke topping and sprinkling with additional parmesan and some paprika on top. This provided a beautifully colored top and an outstanding dish overall.

I absolutely loved this! All my favorite tastes in one dish-delicious!! I followed the recipe, but since I had a few misc. ingredients to use up I added them in there. I added 2 roma tomatoes (more would be fine too), approx. 1 cup chopped red onion, extra garlic powder and a splash of tabasco sauce for a slight kick! Also-I only had lite mayo so that is what I used and could tell nothing "off" about it whatsoever! Will defintely add to my regular recipe file! Thanks Yooper~

Comfort food that's a snap to make. I actually used frozen chicken breasts and tacked on about ten more minutes (covering loosely with foil halfway through cooking time). I added finely chopped green onions and was very generous with the garlic powder. Hubbie and kids loved it. Next time I may cut up the chicken so that more of it gets coated in the yummy sauce (which reminds me of artichoke-spinach dip, sans the spinach).

very easy! I added a can of sliced mushrooms and a LOT more garlic powder (about 1 1/2 tsp) because the topping seemed very bland. I would also spice the chicken first next time. This just tastes like plain chicken with artichoke dip on top.

This was very good, but "rich" was an understatement. I will make this again, but will likely cut back on the mayonaisse. Don't get me wrong, I love artichoke dip so these flavors are among my favorite, but after eating 1 chicken breast I felt like I ate an entire artichoke dip appetizer. That's not necessarily a bad thing, however. I can see why some people gave this a 5 star, but they must have a much higher "richness" tolerance than me. 4 stars is as high as my overstuffed belly can go. Thanks for the recipe!

WOW,WOW,WOW!!!! This is yummy!!! I usedlite mayo and added LOTS of garlic and a generous amount of cayenne. After spreading this mixture on the chicken breasts I sprinkled all with paprika! Only then did I realize I forgot to season the chicken...but NO worries, this is seasoned beautifully! The chicken is really moist and flavorful, and I will make this as often as I think I can get away with it!!!
