This recipe actually turned out better than I expected. I really figured using instant coffee would take away from the end result but I don't feel it did. I used Folger's Classic Roast coffee, Disaronno amaretto, and heavy whipped cream topping. The flavors blended nicely and the drink was very smooth. The only thing I might do differently next time is add just a bit of sugar, but that is personal preference. Great recipe, Jellyqueen!

This is delicious! I have been wanting to give this recipe a try for awhile now and I finally got a chance to. I added alittle sugar to mine since I gotta have my coffee alittle sweet also I only used 1tsp of coffee crystals cause I don't like my coffee to strong. I agree that the flavors blend nicely and it is smooth. Thanks for sharing a delicious coffee drink. I will be making this more often

Anytime you combine coffee and amaretto, you have a little magic and a delightful drink. I make my own whipped topping, so each drink becomes more personal.

I needed something to warm me up and was craving something sweet after dinner. This hit the spot. I did not add sugar and thought it was perfect. Thank for another great recipe.

So good and I am not an instant coffee fan. I did cut back on the Amaretto a bit. I topped it with a raspberry whipped cream I had leftover Made for Comfort Cafe Tag Jan 2009

This is just TOO good, I have made this many times in the past only without the topping, I made this using whipped cream and it was wonderful, my DH really enjoyed it! thanks JQ!Kitten
