This one was simple and excellent. It fooled every non-vegan that tried it. It's a very delicious and worthy substitute for egg/dairy pumpkin pies. Thanks!

I liked this pretty well. The recipe was easy to follow and had simple ingredients, which is always a plus. Tofu doesn't really substitute for dairy ingredients, if that is what you are looking for--BUT for my family this one is a big winner! Thank you smileyfroggy for putting this adaptation on the site.

This was my first attempt to make pumpkin pie of any sort from scratch. I was really pleased with the results, really satisfying. I even forgot to add the salt and it still tasted good. And it was really easy and fast. I didn't put the tofu in the blender, I mixed it until smooth with the electric beater then added the pumpkin and sugar- did it all in one bowl. it took less than 10 minutes to prepare! I will make this every year for Thanksgiving from now on!

This worked out perfectly for the vegan in my family. Easier recipe then regular pumpkin pie, and the taste was very close. I used a graham cracker crumb crust, (also vegan) and baked 4 small pies, with the addition of chopped pecans on top. Thanks for posting this!

this was fab! since being diagnosed with lactose intolerence and then developing an egg allegy i missed pumpkin pie so much! this tasted just like the real thing, i loved it. it did take a bit longer to bake, but i believe that was due to me using half splenda, half sugar. and i put this in a lovely gramcracker crust. it was perfect, thanks a lot! - ~*~Kat~*~

Fantastic! We doubled the recipe and made 2 pies and served to 8 non-vegans who didn't know the difference! Instead of adding each spice individually we had "pumpkin pie spice" mix and just used that. Will defnitely make again.

I can die a happy squirrel now. I can eat pumpkin pie that doesn't taste anything like eggs. Woohoo! I was in pumpkin pie heaven. DH and I managed to make the pie last 3 days. I will make this again and again. Thank you ad infinitum!

I used this to make a pudding so can't comment on the pie. I doubled the spices for extra flavour and only used a 1/4 cup of sweetener - maple syrup. Turned out nice.
