PanNan..thanks for a delicious supper! After letting the chops rest, I had quite a bit of liquid in the pan which I poured off. Then I took your suggestion and deglazed the pan with a splash of white wine and some beef broth..then added a little onion and fresh mushroom sauteed in butter to make a wonderful sauce. Husband loved this and I will make again many times.

These were amazing! I will forever make my boneless chops this way. Super easy, and I think you can tweek the spices to fit your own tastes. We used McCormick Montreal seasoning instead of thyme. Very yummy.

These were moist and delicious. And very easy! At first I was worried about the amount of juice leaking out while they were resting. But they were still great. I think next time I will use a seasoning other than thyme, which I have discovered I am not very fond of by itself. I served the pork chops with oven roasted garlic parmesan potatoes and green beans. They (the pork chops, that is) were so good my 2 year old ate them, which is a miracle! Thanks!

A superb pork chop recipe! Easy to prepare, and delicious! I followed the instructions almost exactly ... I just added a touch of garlic powder to the seasoning mixture, though I'm not sure it was necessary. The thyme complements the pork perfectly, and I didn't even taste the garlic, so I won't add it next time I make this recipe. I was most impressed with how tender and juicy the chops were! My husband and I enjoyed them with rice and peas, and I topped everything with the delicious sauce. This recipe is a keeper. Thanks!

My goodness!!! This cooking method makes pork chops tender and DELICIOUS! It alone gets a five-star rating! I did, however, make a couple other adjustments to the recipe. I replaced the salt with seasoned salt. In addition, I rubbed both sides of the pork chops with soy sauce before sprinkling with the seasoning mixture. They were AMAZING! This will be my preferred method of cooking them from now on! EDITED - I've learned that this cooking method works for chicken and beef/steaks as well. Everything turns out moist, tender, juicy, and DELICIOUS! I've even tried it using a little cooking spray instead of the oil and it still works!

I've never had much success with cooking pork on the stove, but with the amount of snow outside I really didn't feel like barbecuing outside in the cold. You would never have guessed these were pan grilled, very tender!! As a personal preference, I substituted the seasonings with lemon pepper & used flavoured garlic olive oil. Thank you for posting this recipe.

Really easy and yummy. I didn't make sauce, because I'm not good at improvising, but the chops tasted great "naked." I loved not fussing, and the virtual impossibility of either burning or drying out the meat. Truly foolproof.

Absolutely fabulous recipe! Pork chops are one of the hardest things to get right, but you did it. My husband is a tough critic, but he said "these are the best pork chops I have ever had". You have no idea how huge that is! Loved the flavor the thyme gave this and the seasoning amounts were right on for 4 chops. It was hard to trust the short cooking time, but they were done perfectly. Thanks so much!

The first pork chop in a pan I ever made that didn't turn out hard and chewy. Thanks for "showing me the way." Lots of yummy flavor from the seasonings - might use a little less thyme next time.

Awesome chops. I used seasoned salt and I used very little oil as I used a non-stick pan. Very tender, nice flavor. Oh, I did add just a bit of onion powder. Will make again, thanks for sharing.
