OH MY!! This is wonderful! I increased the quantity of garlic and cayenne pepper. On my 1st attempt; I substituted sour cream for the mayo. On my 2nd attempt; I substituted the cream cheese with yogurt cheese and left out the mayo/sour cream. YUM!!YUM!!

This wonderful and unique combination of ingredients is chilling in my refrigerator now. Even without the chilling time, though,it is as your say.....fabulous! I used more garlic...2 cloves....which I minced and it doesn't overpower the grapes at all. It is a keeper!

I wrapped up the mixture in small Boston lettuce leaves and served it as an appetizer. It's easy and tastes terrific. It also tastes good on Kavli crackers. Definitely worth making again!

I have made this a couple of times now and I just love it. How could you go wrong with two of my favorite flavors? It goes well with any meal. The last time I made it I used a whole carton of grapes from Costco and adjusted the rest of the ingredients. Between six of us there was only enough left to send a small container home with my mom. This is a permanent keeper in my house. In fact, this is one recipe that I will use in the dead of winter and spend an outrageous amount for the grapes. That is how good it is.

This recipe sounded so interesting I just had to give it a try. I was very pleasantly surprized. Who would have thought this combination of flavors would derive such a delicious summer salad. I served this along side your ribs and it was a winner.

This is great and easy. The second time I made it, I used a little less sugar. Everyone at my luncheon today loved this and asked for the recipe. Served it w/#43397 Shrimp Louis Pasta Salad. Got raves all around. Thanks much.

Easy do ahead appetizer. I used red seedless grapes on green lettuce on a red plate. It looked smashing and tasted fabulous. The pecans and grapes went well together.

This is an excellent salad. Seemed a little strange at first but I went ahead and made it and it vanished fast. I used minced garlic (1 clove).

This was so GOOD! I served them wrapped in Boston Lettuce leaves and on crackers as suggested in one of the reviews. I am always looking for dishes that use grapes (kind of a theme for our weekly Girl's Bacchae Meeting of the Minds). Thanks Riff! You Rock!

Great recipe! But, I'm all about the garlic so instead of powder or rubbing the bowl with garlic, I just minced a clove right in there...everyone loves it! Also, I serve it in Belgian Endive Cups as an appetizer - no fork required!
