This recipe is now a family favorite! The chicken turns out tender (+ I've used frozen w/no problem), and the sauce is divine - one of those that makes your mouth tingle with pleasure. The aroma really gets to you! It's a rich dish, so best served with rice or pasta - you don't want to miss one drop. I do skip the parsley (my family isn't a fan) and use 3-6 t of crushed garlic from a jar. Thank you!

Very simple to make and so yummy. I have made this twice now and my family really enjoyed it. The only change I made was to season my chicken with salt and pepper as well as poultry seasoning before placing them in the pan. I let them cook a couple of minutes on each side before I added the sour cream. I let it simmer about 20 minutes while I prepared my side dishes. I served it once with white rice and once with macaroni noodles and both were excellent (though the kids enjoyed the noodles more).

Excellent! And EASY!!!! I diced the chicken and also added about 8 oz. of sliced mushrooms. Definite keeper! Thanks for the post.

Very good! I served mine with angel hair pasta and broccoli, all mixed together. The only thing I will do differently next time is cooking the chicken for about 5 to 10 minutes before adding the sour cream (I used fat-free). It took a while for the chicken to cook through and I didn't want to incerease the heat to high and burn the sauce. But this is a great recipe, thanks!!

This is so good! I cubed the chicken and used less sour cream than indicated. The sauce was still nice and creamy. Next time I will add the sour cream after browning the chicken as some reviewers have recommended. Thanks for sharing.

So very easy to make and an ideal dish to make when in a hurry. I used chicken tenders and browned them each side with the garlic before adding the sour cream. Served with spiral pasta. Thanks for this great 'keeper'

This is a very good recipe--so easy & delicious! I followed the recipe as it was written, only I added mushrooms & it turned out great. I will definitely make this again, but I will try using less butter and fat-free sour cream as suggested by other reviewers. Thanks for a great recipe!

I also added 4oz (1/2 pkg.) of light cream cheese and the flavour was that much richer. I love this recipe.
