Very good. I used 1 small clove of garlic and doubled the blue cheese. I keep this dressing on hand all the time.

Excellent blue cheese dressing. Kept it chunky because we like chunky blue cheese. Added a little more lemon juice and garlic. Perfect for salads when thinned with milk and as a dip without.

A creamy dressing with some bite, thanks to the lemon juice. Blue cheese and garlic--made for each other! Great combination of ingredients in this one!

YUM! If you like blue cheese dressing you will love this recipe. I made it a day ahead of time to let chill and get all its flavors combined. It was delicious over my salad today.

Very good Kitz. I did add a little extra blue cheese and left out the garlic. I made this today to use with my Jalepeno Chicken Wraps tomorrow. I wanted it to sit overnight. Thanks sweetie.
