I have used this recipe for a long time, with one change - I use fat free vanilla yogurt in place of the water. I also prefer to use frozen bananas. This make the drink cold enough to skip the ice cubes. I just cut overripe bananas into about 4 chunks each and freeze. It's a great way to use up bananas. I also blend all the ingredients at once.

"Its good" & thumbs up from my grandson; its very healthy - so I like it too! I used frozen strawberries which had thawed very slightly. Thanx Jenny!

This is delicious and so easy to do! I used 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 medium banana and 1 cup orange juice, eliminating the water altogether. It made a wonderfully luscious smoothie which I am sure I will indulge in often : ) Thanks so much Jenny for sharing this recipe!

I used frozen banana (which is also a very good way to use up some extra bananas). My DH and a very picky DS loved the drink.

Loved this! I cut it down to one serving (which was giant sized). I took Janie Cooper's suggestion and used light vanilla yogurt instead of the water. It still didn't have the consistency I wanted so I threw in two ice cubes and--voila! Perfect! Thanks so much.
