You should have heard the MMmmMM's and YUMMMMS! I got out of my family when they started eating dinner. Everyone kept asking what was different about the potatoes... what did I put in them to get this... different and tasty flavor! I said.. PARM CHEESE!!! They really loved these potatoes!!!! I did too...they are fabulous! Ive never added parmesan cheese to mashed potatoes before, but I definitely will again!!! There was just a perfect about of half and half and butter... I didnt need to add any extra
A bit of salt and pepper, and TADAA!!! delicious mashed potatoes

I thought the potatoes turned out a little thin from the amount of half and half, but the flavor is outstanding! 5 stars thin or not! My whole family loved these. I will definitely make these again, although next time I will go a little lighter on the liquid. Thanks for posting.

These are the best mashed potatoes I have ever tasted in my life!! They are creamy and seasoned to perfection... have made them twice now. I like them better without the skins, but they are good either way.PERFECT!! Thanks for this wonderful recipe..they are the only mashed potatoes I will ever make from now on.

These were fantastic!! I've been instructed to make them for Thanksgiving so we can all enjoy them again. I used red potatoes (unpeeled) and after boiling them I put all ingredients in my mixer instead of mashing by hand. Turned out great!!

Outstanding! Outstanding! Who would of thought that Parmesan Cheese would make such a difference in mash potatoes. To keep the calories down, I used skim milk, low-fat butter, and nonfat sour cream. I will continue to make my mash potatoes with this recipe.

Taste wise these were wonderful. I added one head of roast garlic and they tasted just like Friday's mashed potatoes. I had 1 1/4 cup of the milk and butter mixture left, and they were a little thinner than I ususally like my potatoes. I did measure my potatoes,so I would suggest to anyone else making this recipe to be careful and not add all of the butter/milk mixture at one time. since i always use Idaho potatoes I've adjusted my recipe to 3/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup butter. The flavor here was super and since I'm the only one that ever likes gravy this will be my choice for mashed potatoes in the future. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

These potatoes were absolutely scrumptious. At first I thought it would be too much milk (I used 2%) but that's what made them so good! I served them with blackeyed peas. Very good, indeed. I also used Brummel & Brown Spread instead of butter.

This was my very first time making any type of homemade mashed potatoes and I must say, they turned out great. The recipe was very easy to follow, used the perfect proportions of each ingredient, etc. We had them for Thanksgiving and everyone loved them. I will be making again. Thank you!
