6 Reviews of Easy Peasy Banana Treat

I think 30 minutes was a bit too long - at least my banana turned very mushy. Next time I would take it out sooner as I didn't like the texture of how mushy it became. Also think I would put more PB and choc chips in. Think I skimped a bit, and it would have tasted better with more of the good stuff! But overall a nice little treat.

I love these! We used to make these in Girl Scouts, but they were also sprinkled with mini marshamllows and called "Banana Boats"...wrapped in foil and put on the campfire

Very easy & although we had these with custard & cream I think ice cream would have been a better choice. Will make again

This is just yummy. My friend JenT from New Zealand told me about this tonight, so after dinner I made 3 Easy Peasy Banana Treats. I had crunchy peanut butter. It was such an easy dessert to make and the combination of banana, chocolate and peanut butter was just heaven. This will be a great fun dessert to have for BBQ and for those nights when you still want that extra something special to eat. Go on, be brave try it!

With only one lone nanna in the house, I decided I just had to try this recipe. Now, I'm wishing there were more nannas, because it's a heavenly treat! However, I skipped the peanut butter. If I had some almond butter, I definitely would have used it, so that will be for the next time for sure! I also shortened the time in the oven 1/2 because of the other comments and 1/2 because I was impatient. :D Thanks for your submission...it will be used faithfully around here. Looking forward to making one for my son when he gets back from his dad's.

So easy. I used chunky peanut butter, and it made for a good texture. Warning: this makes a little banana into a substantial treat!
