I added 2 tsp vanilla just to give this a little more flavor. It was delicious!

This LITERALLY took me 5 minutes to make, and in no time I had a lovely pile of frosting for my holiday spice cake. I'd recommend this wonderful recipe to anyone who's making icing from scratch for the first time. It's easy and delicious!

Creamy, delicious, LOVE. In addition to the milk I added some whipped cream squirts to make it extra creamy and it is amazing. By the way a pound of powd. sugar is 2 cups....to save you some time from having to figure that one out!

I made this tonight to spread over banana bread (Banana Banana Bread Banana Banana Bread). There is alot of extra frosting, which I'll use later on another cake. I used Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese and Earth Balance margerine. I didn't add milk, it was very spreadable already. I did add an extra teaspoon of vanilla, as another reviewer did. I really liked the flavor. It reminds me of Cinnabon frosting, I will be sure to try this out on other kinds of cakes and pastries.

Great frosting. Really easy and tasty. I used Cinnamon Honey cream cheese and left out the vanilla.

This is a really good cream cheese frosting recipe. I'm not likely to be buying any more Betty Crocker in a can! Thanks!
