An excellent recipe. I made it in my bread machine on the dough setting and it turned out so perfectly that I made a second batch and after forming them into indivdual pizzas, cook them for 5 min & then froze them. We tried a couple of them for lunch the next day and they were wonderful.

I made two 12" Chicken, garlic, spinach and onion pizza's by doubling the recipe. I did have to add about 2 T more water per batch but it might have been my flour. Don't be scared to add more water if your dough is raggedy and not balling correctly. Remember to only add 1 teaspoon of warm water at a time, let it mix and go from there.

THANK YOU soooo much for posting this! I LOVE this dough because it is so easy and tasty. I lost my Kitchenaid cookbook and have been missing this recipe ever since.

I've used this pizza crust recipe a couple of times and it is really really good. I also only used 3 cups of flour. I used store bought spaghetti sauce and then covered with pepperoni, sliced Roma tomatoes, sliced onion, red peppers and olives. I cook until the veggies have had a chance to soften a bit, the top with cheese and cook till the crust is crisp.

My family loves this recipe. I can get 4 individual pizzas out of it. To get the dough really thin use a rolling pin on a pastry cloth. I have also used it for individual calzones. I have also made the regular sized pizzas with this but everyone in our family has a different idea of what they want so individual works best with 8 of us.

This is just perfect .. I think I forgot to add the oil, but it was still excellent, and so simple .. This one is a keeper, thank you!

Simple dough and easy to follow directions! I usually use Pizza Dough for my dough but I thought I'd give this one a try. I did add some pizza spice to the dough but I kept everything else the same. I think next time I will add some grated parmesan cheese to the dough as well, just like the other recipe has. I will also pre bake the shells a bit too, as they did not stay as crusty as I would have liked them. I topped this with my new favourite topping Bar b que chicken (chopped chicken breast mixed with Bobbie q sauce Bobbie-Q Sauce (Barbecue Sauce)) along with caramelized onions, and mushrooms. I also do not have a kitchen aid mixer but the dough was easy to work with my hands.

This dough was great! I topped it with tomato sauce instead of pizza sauce and I added my own spices - I used pizza spice, italian seasoning and dill weed. Then I added some minced garlic. I put mozarella cheese and veggies on top. It was very easy to make. I only needed 3 cups total of flour. Any more would have made the dough too dense. The dough rose very quickly.

I made this the other day and it was SO GOOD and easy. The crust around the edges looked and tasted just like a bought pizza. I used the marinara sauce recipe # 39629 to go on it and it was delicious. I will be making this again! Thanks.

This recipe is fabulous! I made it last night and it was so easy and worked just great. I am going to divide it next time into 2 x 10" pizzas (we like thin crust) and partly cook and freeze. I hope it works!
