The first time I made the recipe, I followed it to the letter and it came out great. However, I usually make things low fat, so the next time I used all chicken broth in place of the 2/3 C butter. I just added about 1T to finish the sauce at the end. It was just as good as the first time, and much healthier.

It's the absolute best! I moved and there isn't a Carraba's near by so this is the next best thing!! Yummy!! The whole family loves it!! If I am short on time I use my George Forman to cook the chicken. It doesn't have the charcoal taste but it does the trick! Happy Eating!

I would agree that this is as close as it gets to the real thing. I alsso put only about half of the tomatoes that the recipe called for. This is my absolute favorite meal.

Wow this was fantastic. We don't have Carrabba's where I live so I don't know how close it is to the original but it was definitely a hit in our house. I followed the suggestion of Feisty Cat and used chicken broth in place of the 2/3 cup of cold butter and added a tablespoon at the end. It was great. I also halved the recipe quite successfully. This will definitely be made again. Thanks for posting a great recipe!

You guys need to try this recipe. If you have ever been to Carrabas, you know that this is the best dish ! I would recommend cutting down on the sundried tomatoes. This called for a bit too much for my taste. Otherwise, chicken, goat cheese and sundried tomatoes....how can you go wrong ???

Amazing Recipe! Just be careful not to snack on the sun-dried tomatoes while the chicken cooks!

This tasted incredible! It was quite easy to make (just the preparation took a little while). I could not find the caprino cheese, so look out for the Chevre cheese (found at several different locations and taste/texture is the same). I would recommend this to all Chicken Bryan lovers!

I love the Chicken Bryan at Carraba's and I loved this recipe! I changed the servings to 3 and everything worked out great. Made in my grill pan on the stovetop, which also worked out fine. Will definitely make this again and look forward to making it on the BBQ in the summer. Thanks!

Fantastic! Chicken Bryan is my husband's favorite dish at Carrabba's, so I made this for him on Valentines Day and he absolutely loved it. I actually substituted the chicken for filet and it was excellent. I thought the 1 1/2 cup of sun dried tomatoes was a bit much, so I only used just under 1 cup and it worked out great. I will definitely be using this again! Mucho Gracias
